Another wonderful BSCX outing with Wildthings...

On Wednesday 25th October, a number of our wonderful Befriending Group enjoyed another great outing with #Wildthingsuk to explore the autumn colours at Loch an Eilein!

• Our next outing is to Elgin Museum on November 22nd where we hope to learn more about the Wolf of Badenoch!! Anyone who would like to join us, just call us in the office on 01479 810004.

While the weather was a bit dull, a lovely day was had by all, with a walk, chat, fresh air, a nice picnic (with HotWater Bottles and blankets) and some learning about our autumn woodlands thrown in...

• Did you know that the Larch is the only pine tree in the UK to drop its needles? :-)

Some of the team were super adventurous too, striking out across the tree roots and bracken to find the famous "Echo Spot" on the loch-side.
